Morin Desalu is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and manages Risk Watch Insurance Brokers Limited in Lagos. She started her career in Insurance at Unity Life & Fire Insurance in Marine & Aviation Underwriting in 1981. She went on to pursue an MBA at the University of Sheffield after which she worked in the Reinsurance Markets at Lloyds of London as an Aviation Placing Broker for Jardine Insurance Brokers.
Morin is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School having attended the Chief Executives Program in 1998. She is a Volunteer for the Mentorship Program of the Fate Foundation; a founding Trustee of WimBiz (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service) and sits on many boards including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
She is a mother and grandmother.
