Adenike Olumide-Emmanuel

As a firm believer in entrepreneurship and youth empowerment, she advocates that youths need to be empowered with the right tools, quality information and favorable environment to pursue their passion, release their ingenuity and contribute their quota to national development. Her risk taking ability, love for entrepreneurship and desire to empower more Nigeria youths inspired her to establish Madiba Trainings through which she has hosted the BE YOUR OWN BOSS SERIES. The Series held its 6th edition March, 2017.

She is a youth leader and mentor par excellence who leverages several platforms both on-line and off-line to train and mentor young minds; helping them discover and maximize their God given potentials and be useful to themselves and the nation. She is the founder of Youth for A Better Nigeria– an online platform where young people discuss and contribute meaningfully to national and global issues. She is also a mentor of the Cherie Blair Foundation where she gives back to the world by mentoring women from any part of the world for free.

Adenike is a trained accountant. Her quest for continuous personal and professional development has propelled her to take a certification course in event planning from the Blackford Centre for Event Planning in United Kingdom. She is an alumnus of Poise Nigeria Graduate Finishing School- Nigeria’s Premier Protocol and Etiquette School. She is also a member of the prestigious International Institute of Weddings and an Associate of the world renowned Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WimBiz). Adenike has attended several trainings and personal improvement programs in Nigeria and abroad. Adenike has a bring-it-on attitude as she really likes fun, challenging and creative ventures and this is seen in many assignments she has handled over time. She recently embarked on a skydiving challenge where she skydived from a height of 14,000 feet above sea level.

With a depth of versatility and huge expanse of certified and practical knowledge in Leadership Development, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Start-ups, Event Planning, Youth Development and Empowerment, Adenike is in high demand for training and speaking engagements both in Nigeria and in the diaspora.

She is the Managing Director of Madiba Events Limited and Adenike Selah Foods and Products Limited and she also sits in the board of other organizations like the Common Sense Group of Companies. She is happily married with children, and she makes her abode with her family in Lagos, Nigeria.
