Morin Desalu is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and manages Risk Watch Insurance Brokers Limited in Lagos. She started her career in Insurance at Unity Life & Fire Insurance in Marine & Aviation Underwiting in 1981. She went on to pursue an MBA at the University of Sheffield after which she worked in the Reinsurance Markets at Lloyds’ of London as an Aviation Placing Broker for Jardine Insurance Brokers.

Morin is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School having attended the Chief Executives Program in 1998. She is a Volunteer for the Mentorship Program of the Fate Foundation; a founding Trustee of WimBiz (Women in Management, Business and Public Service) and sits on many boards including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

He attended Maryhill Convent School in Agodi, Ibadan and International School, University of Ibadan before proceeding abroad to Newlands Manor School, East Sussex England. For his tertiary education, he attended and received his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch Honors) and Master of Architecture (M. Arch) Degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago, USA.

The adept architect and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects is a member of numerous other professional organizations, amongst them are: International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP); dekegate of International Union of Architects (UIA); delegate of African Union of Architects (AUA); foundation member of Organization of Nigeria Building Professional (ONBP) Chicago – USA Chapter; membership of Architects Registration Council of Ghana (ARCOG); Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) – Oyo State Branch; Council member of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
